Machine & Tool Store - Shipping Policy (USA Only)

1. Shipping Areas:

  • We are currently shipping only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

2. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. On weekends and holidays, orders are not filled or dispatched.

3. Delivery Times:

  • 3-4 business days.

4. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method.
  • For orders over $70, free shipping is available.
  • Below $70, we charge 5$ standard shipping fee.

5. Order Tracking:

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a shipping confirmation. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to track your order.

6. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Delays:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. There may be delays due to bad weather, holidays, and other unanticipated events. We are not responsible for the delays due to the shipping carrier.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  • If your package is lost, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes addresses at this time.
