Machine & Tool Store - Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase must be required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or Opened products.
  • Personalized items or customized.
  • Purchased Items on clearance or final sale.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team.
  • Provide your order number, any supporting details, and reason for return.
  • After reviewing your request, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Unless there was an error on our end (e.g., the wrong item was shipped, or the product was damaged), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • We advise getting shipment insurance and utilizing a trackable shipping service. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected successfully, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • After your return is examined and approved, you will receive an exchange or store credit within 7–10 business days.
