Machine & Tool Store - Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- In order to be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or Opened products.
- Personalized items or customized.
- Purchased Items on clearance or final sale.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team.
- Provide your order number, any supporting details, and reason for return.
- After reviewing your request, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Unless there was an error on our end (e.g., the wrong item was shipped, or the product was damaged), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
- We advise getting shipment insurance and utilizing a trackable shipping service. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility.
5. Inspection and Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected successfully, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- After your return is examined and approved, you will receive an exchange or store credit within 7–10 business days.
